My calendar is finally organised. I am not.
What it is
You can give Anna anything with an event in it: a screenshot of an email, a link, or a plan you dictate into the text box.
Based on your input, Anna will extract all necessary details, even look up anything missing online, and create the events in the calendar for you.
So now anytime you are too lazy to add things to your calendar, you can just ask Anna to create them for you.
I built her in Gemini, because it works best with Google Calendar and has the "Gems" function. Gems are environments in Gemini that receive their own specific instructions. Conversations within that space can be used to tackle specific tasks in your life.
Why I made it
Do you also dread adding everything happening in your life to your calendar?
If you are like me, you want to have everything there so that you have a full overview of your time. However, I get frustrated when having to input all the details: the exact time, location, name, choosing the colour, you get the point. So I stopped doing it by hand.
What I learned
At first I would have to manually ask Anna to create the event after she’d extracted all the details. I learned that the instructions have to be very specific and clear, so that she doesn’t stop there and actually creates the event too.
